90 Day Results Guarantee

At Kurvé, we stand by the quality of our Lash Serum. That’s why we offer a 90 Day Results Guarantee.

If you do not see visible improvement in your lashes after 90 days (12 weeks) of consistent use, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our 90 Day Results Guarantee, customers must:

  • Use the Kurvé Lash Serum consistently as directed for a minimum of 12 weeks

  • Provide clear, dated before-and-after photos, including:

    • Day 1 (before use)

    • 12 weeks (after consistent use)

  • Photos must:

    • Clearly show the same eye(s)

    • Be taken in good lighting

    • Be unfiltered and unedited

    • Clearly demonstrate lash condition and growth progress

  • Submit the refund request within 14 days of completing the 12-week period

Refunds will not be approved without valid photographic evidence.

Important Conditions

  • Individual results may vary due to factors such as genetics, lifestyle, and consistency of use

  • Failure to follow usage instructions may void eligibility

  • Refunds apply to one Kurvé Lash Serum per customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
